Nataliia Wu

Nataliia Wu advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, focusing on banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and commercial contracts.

She routinely represents domestic and international lenders and borrowers in financing transactions, including acquisitions and corporate and asset-based lending.

In addition, Nataliia assists clients across many industries with corporate structuring and governance, reorganizations, shareholder agreements, mergers and acquisitions, as well as the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, including those relating to manufacturing, the supply of goods and services, and confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.

Having experience studying and working in both civil and common law jurisdictions affords Nataliia the ability to appreciate challenges faced by clients with multinational interests.
